Haas Industries has adopted a fuel surcharge calculation table based on the
nationwide average price per gallon for diesel fuel published by the U.S Department
of Energy. This information is updated every Monday at 17:00 eastern time.
Haas Industries will use the update from the last Monday of every month to
calculate our fuel surcharge on a monthly basis effective July 7, 2008.
That price per gallon will determine our fuel surcharge that will go into
effect on the first Monday of each month and will remain in effect until the
next change on the first Monday of the following month. Example: The price of
diesel fuel after the June 30, 2008 update of the Dept of Energy website will
determine Haas Industries fuel surcharge from July 7, 2008 through August 3, 2008.
